THE SHACK

I enjoy the hobby of AMATEUR RADIO and can be found on 75 meters: 3.630 LSB, 3.875~3.885 AM, 20 meters at 14.178 USB, 160 meters at 1.850 LSB, 1.885 AM.

I am a member of the "SSB audio nut's" group.  Listen in with your rig set for "wide band" receive, you will hear some very nice SSB AMATEUR AUDIO !

I am currently running an Electro-Voice model RE27 dynamic cardioid microphone.  It is being supported by a LUXO KM-1 stand.

The rest of my station is;  HF: KENWOOD TS940S, YAESU FT-101EX & ANAN 100 SDR transceivers, Alpha 8410 Amplifier, Nye Viking RFM-003 power Monitor & Palstar AT4K tuner.

For VHV/UHF operation I run a Kenwood TM-V71, Pyramid PS-36KX, Comet CX-333 tri-band antenna.

THE RACK

My processing equipment consists of: EV-RE27 mic, ART PRO CHANNEL II, BEHRINGER DEQ2496 Ultra Curve Pro, and Alesis MicroVerb 4.  The audio path is configured as follows:  Mic audio is sent to the ART PRO CHANNEL II, then passed to the DEQ2496. The MicroVerb (mounted on backside of rack) is connected to the Mic Pre through an insert cable.
